Before the Court is appellee Allen Wade Ford's November 26, 2024 "Pauper's Oath and Appointment of Appellate Counsel on Appeal and Affidavit for Inability to Pay Court Cost," which we construe as a motion requesting the appointment of counsel and parts of the record. We DENY appellee's motion.
