ORDER

Sima G. Patel, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion to extend time to file appellant's brief is GRANTED until January 31, 2024. The Clerk of the Court shall place this case on the involuntary dismissal docket without further notice to the parties if the appellant's brief is not filed in accordance with this order.

The motion to withdraw as appointed counsel is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE to refiling the motion to withdraw in the trial court. The trial court retains the authority to appoint, remove or replace an attorney. MCR 7.208(H).
