ORDER

Before Justices Francis, Brown, and Whitehill

Based on the Court's opinion of this date, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus as to relator's request that we order the trial court to rule on the motions. We DISMISS relator's petition for writ of mandamus for want of jurisdiction as to his request that we direct the trial court clerk and court reporter to provide him a copy of the records in his case.
