ORIGINAL PROCEEDING FROM BASTROP COUNTY

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator Paul Johnson filed a petition for writ of mandamus complaining of the trial court's order granting a motion to compel. See Tex. R. App. P. 52. On this record, having reviewed the petition, the response filed by the real party in interest, and relator's reply, we deny the petition for writ of mandamus. See id. R. 52.8(a). We further deny the request for sanctions filed by the real party in interest.
