IN THE INTEREST OF J.N.M., ET AL., CHILDREN,

From the 45th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas

Trial Court No. 2011-PA-02633

Honorable Richard Garcia, Judge Presiding

ORDER

This is an accelerated appeal of an order terminating appellant's parental rights. Accordingly, this court must dispose of this appeal no later than 180 days after the date the notice of appeal was filed. TEX. R. JUD. ADMIN. 6.

By order dated August 30, 2013, the court reporter was expressly ordered by this court to file the complete record for trial court cause number 2011-PA-02633 in this appeal no later than September 9, 2011. When the reporter's record was not filed in accordance with this court's order, this court issued a second order stating that the record must be filed no later than September 23, 2013.

On September 13, 2013, the court reporter responsible for preparing the record in this appeal, Erminia Uviedo, filed volume 3 of the reporter's record; however, volumes 1 and 2 have not been filed, and Ms. Uviedo did not respond to a telephone inquiry from this court regarding the missing volumes. It is THERFORE ORDERED that Ms. Uviedo file the remaining volumes of the reporter's record in this appeal no later than October 3, 2013. If the record is not filed by October 3, 2013, an order may be issued directing Ms. Uviedo to appear and show cause why she should not be held in contempt for failing to file the record. The clerk of this court shall cause a copy of this order to be served on Ms. Uviedo by certified mail, return receipt requested, or give other personal notice of this order with proof of delivery. Because "[t]he trial and appellate courts are jointly responsible for ensuring that the appellate record is timely filed," TEX. R. APP. P. 35.3(c), the clerk of the court is directed to serve a copy of this order on the Honorable Richard Garcia, who presided over the termination hearing.
