FROM COUNTY COURT AT LAW NO. 1 OF WICHITA COUNTY
TRIAL COURT NO. 12365-JR-E MEMORANDUM OPINION
Appellant N.D. attempts to appeal from a judgment signed on October 14, 2015, terminating her parental rights to her child, J.N. On November 30, 2015, we notified N.D. of our concern that we may not have jurisdiction over this appeal because the notice of appeal was due November 3, 2015, but was not filed until November 20, 2015. See Tex. R. App. P. 26.1(b), 28.1(a); Tex. Fam. Code Ann. § 263.405(a) (West 2014). We informed N.D. that the appeal may be dismissed for want of jurisdiction unless she or any party desiring to continue the appeal filed with the court, on or before December 10, 2015, a response showing grounds for continuing the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(a), 44.3. We have not received a response. Accordingly, we dismiss this appeal for want of jurisdiction. See Tex. R. App. P. 43.2(f); see also In re X.A.V., No. 11-15-00183-CV, 2015 WL 5234360, at *1 (Tex. App.—Eastland Aug. 28, 2015, no pet.) (mem. op.) (holding similarly).
