IN THE INTEREST OF J.L.M., V, H.E.M., AND V.R.M.

On Appeal from the 366th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 366-53475-2018

ORDER

ROBBIE PARTIDA-KIPNESS PRESIDING JUSTICE

The style of appellant's brief and reply brief in this case contain the first names of minor children, and a document in the appendix also contains the minor children's full names. Appellant names a minor child on page 17 of his reply brief. Appellee's brief names a minor child on pages 1, 4, 6, 7, 10, 15, 16 and 18-21. Because the briefs are in violation of rule 9.9 of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure, we ORDER appellant and appellee to file, within FIFTEEN DAYS of the date of this order, amended briefs identifying minors using initials and with sensitive information contained in the appendix redacted.
