ORDER
This is an accelerated appeal of an order terminating appellant's parental rights. Accordingly, this court must dispose of this appeal no later than 180 days after the date the notice of appeal was filed. TEX. R. JUD. ADMIN. 6. The clerk's record and the reporter's record for this appeal were due to be filed on December 2, 2013.
The clerk's record has not been filed, and the trial court clerk has not filed a notification of late record. The court reporter has filed a notification of late record requesting an extension of time to file the record to December 26, 2013. The extension is GRANTED IN PART. See TEX. R. APP. P. 35.3(c) (extension of time in accelerated appeal may not exceed 10 days). It is therefore ORDERED that the clerk's record and reporter's record must be filed in this court no later than ten days from the date of this order. FURTHER REQUESTS FOR EXTENSIONS OF TIME TO FILE THE RECORDS WILL BE DISFAVORED.
