MEMORANDUM OPINION


By letter dated June 21, 2010, the Court directed appellant Stephen James Larrew to pay the $175 filing fee for the appeal within ten days. We warned appellant that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal without further notice. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(c). To date, appellant has neither paid the filing fee nor otherwise communicated with the Court regarding the appeal. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal.
