MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM

Appellants moved to dismiss this appeal pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 42.1(a)(1). In their motion, Appellants state that Appellee does not object to a dismissal.

No other party has filed a notice of appeal, and no opinion has issued. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(1), (c); Cole v. Jenkins, No. 01-16-00796-CV, 2016 WL 7473941, at *1 (Tex. App.- Houston [1st Dist.] Dec. 29, 2016, no pet.) (mem. op.). The motion is granted; this appeal is dismissed. See id. 42.1(a)(1), 43.2(f).
