ORDER
This matter came before the Court on July 27, 2005 for a telephonic hearing on the motion of the Mills Entities for reconsideration of, or alternatively, for clarification or amendment of the Order entered by the Court on July 15, 2005 overruling the Plan Administrator's motion for an Order approving the sale and/or assumption and assignment of certain of the debtors' assets and related relief (Docket No. 1193). The Court having considered statements of counsel and their respective positions, and the Court being otherwise sufficiently advised,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motion herein be, and is OVERRULED.
