The State filed a motion to seal or strike appellant's original brief to prevent the release or disclosure of the name of a person who was a minor at the time the offense was committed. On November 18, 2024, appellant filed an amended brief and a response to the State's motion, claiming that the issues raised in the State's motion have now been corrected.
The Court grants the State's motion and strikes appellant's original brief filed on October 24, 2024.
It is so ORDERED.
