ORDER
Elizabeth L. Gleicher, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The motion to extend time to file transcripts is GRANTED. The time for Court Reporter Marguerite H. Anderson to file her transcripts is EXTENDED to October 30, 2023.
If the transcripts are not filed as required by this order, this case shall be submitted on the involuntary dismissal docket without further notice and the matter will be remanded to the trial court for the appointment of substitute counsel. Further, costs in the amount of $250 may be assessed against appointed counsel.
The Clerk's Office is directed to email a copy of this order to Court Reporter Marguerite H. Anderson.
