ORDER
AND NOW, this 24th day of February, 2016, it is hereby ORDERED that the instant proceedings are STAYED only during the pendency of the criminal case against Respondent Jennings in the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County. Respondent's counsel shall file a notice with this Court of the disposition of said criminal case within ten (10) days of the date of such disposition.
