Opinion

No. 05-10-00773-CV

Opinion filed July 13, 2010.

Original Proceeding from the 134th Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 10-05392.

Before Justices MORRIS, RICHTER, and MURPHY.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator seeks mandamus relief to order the trial court to perform a "judicial function" to grant relator's "tro/permanent injunction and order a date for which the State of Texas to come immediately to a hearing." Based on the record before us, we conclude relator has not shown he is entitled to the relief requested. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-40 (Tex. 1992). Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus.
