MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relators filed a motion to dismiss their petition for writ of mandamus alleging that they and the Real Parties in Interest have reached a final resolution in the underlying suit of all their claims.

Relators further request that we release all copies of the record and the in camera documents forwarded by the trial court to the Relators.

Real Parties in Interest consent to and agree with the motion.

The original mandamus proceeding is dismissed. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(2). All copies of the record and the in camera documents forwarded by the trial court are released to the Relators, and costs are assessed against the party incurring same.

Writ dismissed
