IN THE MATTER OF JAYCE P., CATALEYA O., AND TYRELL O., JR. ONEIDA COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES, PETITIONER-RESPONDENT; ASHLEY P., RESPONDENT, AND TYRELL O., RESPONDENT-APPELLANT.


PRESENT:

Respondent-appellant having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Oneida County, entered September 5, 2019,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and

It is further ORDERED that Kathryn F. Hartnett, Esq., 258 Genesee Street, Suite 603, Utica, New York 13502, is hereby assigned as counsel to conduct the appeal, and

It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the Family Court, Oneida County, provide Kathryn F. Hartnett, Esq., with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic, digitally recorded, or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings had and filed in said Clerk's Office upon which the appeal is based, and

It is further ORDERED that the transcripts, if any, shall be filed with the Clerk of the Family Court, Oneida County, within 30 days of the date of this order, pursuant to Family Court Act § 1121 (7), and

It is further ORDERED that the record and briefs are to be filed and served within 60 days of the filing of the transcripts with the Oneida County Family Court Clerk's Office.
