MEMORANDUM OPINION


On September 13, 2007, appellant filed a notice of appeal in this case. Appellant's brief was due by October 23, 2007. When appellant had not filed his brief by December 6, 2007, we sent a letter to appellant directing him to file a brief within ten days or the appeal would be subject to dismissal. Nevertheless, to date, appellant has not filed a brief.

Accordingly, we DISMISS the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a)(1), 42.3(b).
