ORDER MODIFYING OPINION AND DENYING PETITION FOR REHEARING

THE COURT:

It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on July 9, 2009 (175 CaI.App.4th 922; __Cal.Rptr.3d__), be modified as follows:

1. On page 1 [175 Cal.App.4th 926, advance report, 1st entry of the Counsel segment], the name Maryanne is changed to Maryann.

2. On page 8 [175 Cal.App.4th 930, advance report, 4th full par.], the second full paragraph, beginning with "In early November," is deleted.

3. On page 20 [175 Cal.App.4th 938, advance report, 2d full par., line 3], the third sentence of the second full paragraph, beginning with "Shortly before the section 366.26 hearing," is deleted.

The petition for rehearing is denied.

There is no change in the judgment.
