ORDER

Douglas B. Shapiro, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion to extend time to file appellee's brief on behalf of the minor child is GRANTED to the extent that appellee's brief is due within 7 days of the notice of filing transcript of the December 7, 2022 hearing.

The motion to extend time to file appellee's brief on behalf of the Department of Health and Human Services is GRANTED. Appellee's brief on behalf of the Department of Health and Human Services is due within 7 days of the notice of filing transcript of the December 7, 2022 hearing.

On the Court's own motion, within 7 days of the Clerk's certification of this order, appellant shall file in this Court a copy of the stenographer's certificate showing that the December 7, 2022 hearing transcript has been ordered on an expedited basis, and appellant shall notify the Clerk's Office regarding whether the February 19, 2021 hearing transcript was previously filed in the trial court. MCR 7.210(B)(1)(a).
