ORDERED that the application is granted, without costs, and Gordon W. Eddy, Esq., 21 Colvin Avenue - Suite 102, Albany, New York 12206, is appointed for that purpose (see Labor Law § 538). Claimant- respondent's brief shall be filed and served on or before October 5, 2015.
