On July 27, 2011, this court issued a memorandum opinion in which it stated, in relevant part, that it was unable to determine, based solely on the clerk's record and motion for new trial hearing, whether Desiree's appellate issues were frivolous; therefore, we ordered preparation of the full reporter's record and re-briefing by the parties on the merits of Desiree's appellate issues. In re J.A.M., Jr., No. 04-11-00165-CV, 2011 WL 3122535, at *2-3 (Tex. App.—San Antonio July 27, 2011, order) (mem. op.); TEX. FAM. CODE ANN. § 263.405(g) (West 2008). Having the benefit of the full record, we now proceed to address the merits of Desiree's appellate issues.
