DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

By order dated November 7, 2018, appellant was granted poor person status and assignment of counsel. By letter dated September 18, 2019, counsel requested to be relieved of the assignment due to appellant's failure to communicate. By decision and order dated October 23, 2019, counsel was relieved of the assignment. Thereafter, by letter dated November 6, 2019, appellant was directed to perfect the appeal by December 4, 2019. Appellant failed to perfect the appeal or seek a further extension of time to do so.

Now, therefore, upon the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed.
