ORDER

PER CURIAM :

AND NOW, this 9th day of November, 2012, Hugh D. Jaeger having been indefinitely suspended from the practice of law in the State of Minnesota for a minimum of 120 days by Order of the Supreme Court of Minnesota dated August 11, 2011; the said Hugh D. Jaeger having been directed on August 27, 2012, to inform this Court of any claim he has that the imposition of the identical or comparable discipline in this Commonwealth would be unwarranted and the reasons therefor; and no response having been filed, it is

ORDERED that Hugh D. Jaeger is indefinitely suspended from the practice of law in this Commonwealth for a minimum of 120 days consistent with the Order of the Supreme Court of Minnesota dated August 11, 2011, and he shall comply with all the provisions of Rule 217, Pa.R.D.E.
