ORDER

PER CURIAM:

AND NOW, this 12th day of September, 2013, it appearing that Hugh D. Jaeger, a member of the Bar of this Commonwealth, has been excluded from the practice of patent, trademark and other non-patent law before the United States Patent and Trademark Office by Order of the United States Patent and Trademark Office dated February 6, 2013; the said Hugh D. Jaeger having been directed on July 11, 2013, to inform this Court of any claim he has that the imposition of the comparable discipline of disbarment in this Commonwealth would be unwarranted and the reasons therefor; and no response having been filed, it is

ORDERED that Hugh D. Jaeger is disbarred from the practice of law in this Commonwealth and he shall comply with all the provisions of Rule 217, Pa.R.D.E.
