Our action in quashing the writ of certiorari should not be taken as an approval of the reasoning in the Court of Criminal Appeals' opinion, 640 So.2d 1025 (Ala.Cr.App. 1992), regarding Ala. Code 1975, § 22-50-22.

WRIT QUASHED AS IMPROVIDENTLY GRANTED.
