MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relator contends the trial judge erred in granting a summary judgment denying his petition for expunction. Based on the record presented, we conclude the relator has failed to show he does not have an adequate remedy at law. Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a).
