Petition for writ of habeas corpus denied (AA)
The petition for writ of habeas corpus, filed December 24, 2013, is denied.
Claims 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 (to the extent they allege the ineffective assistance of prior habeas corpus counsel) and Claim 6 are denied on the merits.
Claims 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 (except to the extent they allege the ineffective assistance of prior habeas corpus counsel) are barred as untimely under In re Robbins (1998) 18 Cal.4th 770, 780. (See In re Reno (2012) 55 Cal.4th 428, 459-476.)
Claims 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 (except to the extent they allege the ineffective assistance of prior habeas corpus counsel) are barred under In re Clark (1993) 5 Cal.4th 750, 767-768, because they could have been, but were not, raised in petitioner's prior petition for writ of habeas corpus (S136861).
Claim 5 (except to the extent it alleges the ineffective assistance of prior habeas corpus counsel) is barred because it could have been, but was not, raised on appeal. (In re Dixon (1953) 41 Cal.2d 756, 759.)
Claim 7 is denied as premature, without prejudice to its renewal after an execution date is set.
