On August 16, 2017, relator, J.A., filed a petition for writ of mandamus, which was assigned to this Court. The petition seeks to vacate the respondent trial judge's nunc pro tunc order to correct judgment, signed on June 23, 2017, and order on motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction and motion for entry nunc pro tunc, signed on July 28, 2017, and to dismiss the State's petition to modify disposition in this juvenile delinquency case.
