AND NOW, this 23rd day of February, 2016, based upon the joint motion filed by the Judicial Conduct Board and the Respondent on February 22, 2016, it Is hereby ORDERED that, a hearing will be conducted on February 25, 2016 at 2:30 p.m. in Courtroom 708, City Hall, 414 Grant Street, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15219.
The presence of Justice J, Michael Eakin is necessary in order for the court to consider the aforesaid joint motion.
