On May 30, 2018, we dismissed this appeal for appellant's failure to file a response presenting a reasonable explanation for failing to file their notice of appeal in a timely manner. Appellants have filed a motion for rehearing requesting this appeal be reinstated on the docket of this court.

Appellants' motion is GRANTED. The memorandum opinion and judgment issued in this case on May 30, 2018 are WITHDRAWN. This appeal is REINSTATED on the docket of this court. We further ORDER that appellants' brief shall be due on or before October 1, 2018.

Failure to file appellant's brief by October 1, 2018 will result in dismissal of this appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.8.
