Appeals having been taken to this Court from three Orders of Dismissal, and a Decision and Order of the Family Court, New York County, entered on or about October 20, 2021, which dismissed three juvenile delinquency petitions against respondent Isaiah H. under docket numbers D-03114-21, D-03115-21 and D-03120-21, And the appellant presentment agency having moved for an order confirming that the notices of appeal are timely or, in the alternative, granting an extension of time in which to correct service of the notices of appeal under CPLR 5520(a), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of deeming the notices of appeal timely served.
