Summary of Misconduct:

Mr. Isaacson, who was licensed in 1989, was suspended for 30 days. He neglected a client's personal injury claim and initially failed to cooperate in the disciplinary proceeding. The suspension is effective on February 13, 2008.


Order of the Court:

The petition by the Administrator of the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission to impose discipline on consent pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 762(b) is allowed, and respondent Jeffrey Mark Isaacson is suspended from the practice of law for 30 days. Suspension effective February 13, 2008. Respondent Jeffrey Mark Isaacson shall reimburse the Client Protection Program Trust Fund for any Client Protection payments arising from his conduct prior to the termination of the period of suspension.
