FLORIDA BOARD OF BAR EXAMINERS RE: I.R.E.


The Court's order to show cause dated June 13, 2014, is hereby discharged. Upon consideration of I.R.E.'s petition for review filed in the above cause, it is ordered that the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Recommendation of the Florida Board of Bar Examiners is approved in part. I.R.E.'s petition is hereby denied and I.R.E. shall not be admitted to The Florida Bar at this time. I .R.E. shall be ineligible to reapply for admission for a period of five years, from October 12, 2012, the date of the Board's findings. No rehearing will be entertained by this Court.
