IN RE IPSECURE, INC.

Original Mandamus Proceeding

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2014-CI-02257, styled James E. Carrales v. Jesse A. Rodriguez and IPSecure, Inc., pending in the 407th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable Peter A. Sakai presiding. --------

ORDER

Sitting: Sandee Bryan Marion, Chief Justice Rebeca C. Martinez, Justice Jason Pulliam, Justice

On October 2, 2015, relator IPSecure, Inc. filed a petition for writ of mandamus with a motion for emergency temporary stay. The court has considered relator's petition, the response filed on behalf of the real party in interest and relator's reply and is of the opinion that relator is not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a). The court's opinion will issue at a later date.

The temporary emergency stay previously issued by this court on October 2, 2015, is LIFTED.

It is so ORDERED on January 29, 2016.

Jason Pulliam, Justice

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the said court on this 29th day of January, 2016.
