ORDER

This is an accelerated appeal from an order terminating appellant's parental rights which must be disposed of by this court within 180 days of the date the notice of appeal was filed. See TEX. R. JUD. ADMIN. 6.2.

The appellant's brief, which was due on June 9, 2020, has not been filed. Therefore, we ORDER the attorney responsible for preparing the appellant's brief, Manuel C. Rodriguez, Jr., to file the appellant's brief on or before July 31, 2020. Alternatively, if appellant no longer desires to prosecute this appeal, Mr. Rodriguez may file a motion to dismiss this appeal on or before July 31, 2020.

Given the time constraints governing the disposition of this appeal, further requests for extensions of time will be disfavored.
