IN THE INTEREST OF S.G.I., MINOR CHILD

On Appeal from the 302nd Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. DF-18-12157

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Before Justices Molberg, Carlyle, and Browning
Opinion by Justice Browning

On September 3, 2020, we ordered appellant to file his brief by September 14, 2020 and cautioned him that failure to comply could result in dismissal of the appeal without further notice. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.8(a)(1), 42.3(b),(c). The order followed two extensions granted at appellant's request and totaling more than ninety days.

Despite the cautionary language in our September 3rd order, appellant has not filed his brief or otherwise communicated with the Court.

Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal. See id. 38.8(a)(1), 42.3(b),(c).
