ORDER
Before the Court is appellant's June 10, 2020 motion for an extension of time to file her brief on the merits. By letter issued today, the Court has questioned its jurisdiction over this appeal, instructed the parties to file letter briefs, and suspended the current deadline for appellant's brief on the merits. Should the Court determine it has jurisdiction over this appeal after reviewing the parties' letter briefs, it will set a new deadline for appellant's brief on the merits. Accordingly, we DENY appellant's motion as moot.
