ORDER
At the request of court reporter LaToya R. Young, we extended the deadline for filing the reporter's record to June 12, 2020. To date, however, the record has not been filed and Ms. Young has not otherwise communicated with the Court. Accordingly, we ORDER the reporter's record be filed no later than July 9, 2020. As the record was first due April 13, 2020, we caution Ms. Young that failure to comply may result in the Court taking such action as is necessary to ensure compliance, including ordering that she not sit as a reporter until the record is filed.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to the Honorable Ashley Wysocki, Presiding Judge of the 254 Judicial District Court; Ms. Janet Saavedra, Official Court Reporter for the 254 Judicial District Court; Ms. Young; and, the parties.
