IN THE INTEREST OF M.H.A. AND Z.H.A., CHILDREN

On Appeal from the 296th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 296-53533-2018

ORDER

At the request of court reporter Janet L. Dugger, we extended the deadline for filing the reporter's record to December 28, 2020. To date, however, the reporter's record has not been filed and Ms. Dugger has not otherwise communicated with the Court. Accordingly, we ORDER Ms. Dugger to file the record no later than January 28, 2021. Because the reporter's record was first due October 12, 2020, we caution Ms. Dugger that failure to file the record may result in the Court taking whatever steps it deems necessary to ensure compliance, including ordering she not sit as a reporter until the record is filed.

We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to the Honorable John Roach, Jr., Presiding Judge of the 296th Judicial District Court; Ms. Dugger; and, the parties.
