Trial Court No. 13540
Honorable Albert D. Pattillo, III, Judge Presiding

ORDER

Sitting: Sandee Bryan Marion, Chief Justice Beth Watkins, Justice Liza A. Rodriguez, Justice

The reporter's record in this case was originally due to be filed on October 26, 2020. On October 29, 2020, the court reporter filed a notification of late record, stating that the reporter's record had not been filed because appellant has failed to request the record in writing. On December 16, 2020, we dismissed this appeal for lack of jurisdiction. The notification of late record is therefore DENIED AS MOOT.

It is so ORDERED on December 16, 2020.
