IN THE INTEREST OF J.M.E., ET AL., CHILDREN

From the 224th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas
Trial Court No. 2019-PA-02574
Honorable Charles E. Montemayor, Judge Presiding

ORDER

This is an accelerated appeal of an order terminating appellant's parental rights which must be disposed of by this court within 180 days of the date the notice of appeal is filed. TEX. R. JUD. ADMIN. 6.2. The reporter's record was due on November 5, 2020, and on November 6, 2020, Erminia Uviedo filed three volumes covering a trial that occurred on October 15, 2020 and October 16, 2020.

However, the docketing statement appellant filed with this court indicates that the reporter's record was made by Elva Chapa. If appellant believes the appellate record is not yet complete because Ms. Chapa has not yet filed her volumes of the reporter's record, we ORDER appellant to file a response stating the record is not complete by November 17, 2020. If we do not receive a response from appellant, we will set a deadline for appellant to file her brief.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the said court on this 10th day of November, 2020.
