ORDER

The clerk's and reporter's records in this appeal are overdue. Before the Court is appellant's January 7, 2021 letter verifying he has requested the records and requested payment arrangements.

We construe the letter as a motion for extension of time to file the record and GRANT the extension. We ORDER Dallas County District Clerk Felicia Pitre and Janet Saavedra, Official Court Reporter for the 254th Judicial District Court, to file either their respective records or written verification appellant has not paid for the record as arranged no later than March 3, 2021.

We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Pitre, Ms. Saavedra, and the parties.
