ORDER
This is an accelerated appeal of an order in a child protection case. See TEX. R. APP. P. 28.4. Before the Court is the parties' March 22, 2019 agreed motion to abate the appeal and to extend the time to file appellant's brief. The parties request that the appeal be abated for either a hearing in the trial court or for supplementation of the clerk's record. The parties inform the Court that two documents, "Kinship Caregiver Home Assessment" and "Kinship Caregiver Home Assessment Addendum," that the trial court judicially noticed at the hearing are missing from the record. The parties are in possession of copies of the documents.
Accordingly, we GRANT the motion as follows. We ORDER the parties to deliver, no later than March 29, 2019, a copy of the two above-named documents to the trial court clerk for inclusion in a supplemental clerk's record. See TEX. R. APP. P. 34.5(e). We further ORDER Dallas County District Clerk Felicia Pitre to file the supplemental clerk's record by April 5, 2019.
Appellant's brief is currently due April 1. We extend the time to April 11, 2019.
We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Pitre and all parties.
