IN THE INTEREST OF C.S.D., A CHILD

On Appeal from the 470th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 470-50971-2019

ORDER

Before the Court are appellant's motion to extend time to file his notice of appeal and appellee's motion to extend time to file her notice of cross-appeal. We GRANT appellant's motion and deem appellant's notice of appeal filed March 19, 2020 timely for jurisdictional purposes. Because appellee's notice of cross-appeal was filed within fourteen days after appellant's notice of appeal was filed, it is timely under Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 26.1(d). See TEX. R. APP. P. 26.1(d). Accordingly, we DENY appellee's motion as moot.
