ORDER
Before the Court is court reporter LaToya R. Young's June 5, 2020 request for a five-day extension of time to file the reporter's record of the July 11, 2019 trial court proceedings. We GRANT the request and ORDER the record be filed no later than June 10, 2020. Because the reporter's record was first due March 20, 2020, we caution Ms. Young that failure to file the record by June 10th may result in the Court taking such action as is necessary to ensure compliance, including an order that she not sit as a reporter until the record is filed.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to the Honorable Andrea D. Plumlee, Presiding Judge of the 330th Judicial District Court; Francheska Duffey, Official Reporter for the 330th Judicial District Court; Ms. Young; and, the parties.
