In the Matter of the Appointment to the Advisory Committee of the Indiana Conference for Legal Education Opportunity

APPOINTMENT TO ICLEO ADVISORY COMMITTEE

LORETTA H. RUSH. CHIEF JUSTICE OF INDIANA

The Indiana Conference for Legal Education Opportunity operates under Indiana Code chapter 33-24-13, providing assistance to minority, low income, or educationally disadvantaged college graduates in pursuing a law degree and legal career in Indiana. Indiana Code section 33-24-13-3 creates an ICLEO Advisory Committee, whose members serve three-year terms, to both select participants and guide the program. Former Judge Wendy Davis is stepping down from the bench in Allen County and has resigned from the ICLEO Advisory Committee. The Court thanks Ms. Davis for her service. To fill her role, pursuant to my authority under Indiana Code section 33-24-13-3(a), I appoint the Honorable Lori K. Morgan, Judge of the Allen County Superior Court Family Relations Division, to serve a three-year term on the ICLEO Advisory Committee commencing April 1, 2023.
