ORDER


The Judicial Conference approved a ten percent increase to the maximum rates that may be charged for court transcripts. Accordingly, on February 3, 2003, the Court adopted and published a revised schedule of transcript fees for civil cases. As per authorization by the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, the Court hereby adopts the following schedule of transcript fees for all categories of transcript in both civil and criminal cases, effective immediately.

MAXIMUM TRANSCRIPT RATES PER PAGE Original First Copy to Each Party Each Additional Copy to the Same Party Ordinary 3.30 .83 .55 Expedited 4.40 .83 .55 Daily 5.50 1.10 .83 Hourly 6.60 1.10 .83 Realtime 2.75 1.10 — Transcripts ordered prior to the date of the court's adoption of the new rates should be billed at the rates in effect at the time the order was placed.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
