ORDER
Appellants have filed an unopposed second motion to extend the abatement period for an additional 30 days, until February 26, 2016, so that the parties may continue to engage in settlement discussions. The motion is GRANTED. The appeal is ABATED until February 26, 2016. All appellate deadlines are suspended until February 26, 2016. After that date, the appellants must file a motion to dismiss the appeal due to settlement, or if a settlement is not reached and finalized, a motion to reinstate the appeal. TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a).
