ORDER
Before the Court is appellants' September 27, 2017 motion for extension of time to file an amended brief. By order dated August 16, 2017, we ordered Jackie Galindo, Official Court Reporter for Probate Court No. 1, to file, by August 28, 2017, a supplemental reporter's record of the February 15, 2017 hearing on "Motion on Attorney's Fees." As of today's date, the supplemental reporter's record has not been filed. Accordingly, we GRANT appellants' motion as follows. We ORDER Ms. Galindo to file, by October 9, 2017, the requested supplemental reporter's record. Appellants shall file a brief WITHIN THIRTY DAYS of the date the supplemental reporter's record is filed.
We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order to the Honorable Brenda Hull Thompson, Presiding Judge of Probate Court No. 1, Ms. Galindo, and all parties.
